using this web site. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by these terms
and conditions.
The pricing on the web site is directed primarily at those who access it from
the UK, however we gladly sell worldwide.
All prices are displayed as non VAT and VAT. VAT is payable on all purchases
within the UK and all countries in the EU. VAT is not applied on purchases from
outside the EU.
Ordering by the Internet
Payment can be made by major credit cards using the website’s secure
payment page.
We accept Switch, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron & Solo cards.

Monday to Thursday.

Outside office hours our answer phone service may be used, simply leave your
name and telephone number including the area code and we shall return your call
during our open hours to deal with your order or query.
To order by fax, simply use the Printable Order Form button which you will find
on the checkout screen. Our fax number is +44 (0) 1784 561660. Faxes can be
sent at any time and will be processed during 10.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday
to Friday.
Ordering by Post
We are happy to accept orders by post. Please use the Printable Order Form
to send with your payment. We will accept payment by the cards as on our Internet
Site and also cheque, cash or postal orders. Please note that if you pay by
cheque we do not dispatch the goods until payment is confirmed (usually within
7 working days). If you wish to send cash please use registered or special delivery
only. Please also note our comments on delivery and postage before
sending your order.
For all orders we require all the following information to process your request:

Delivery and Postage
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, with the exception
of orders paid by cheque (please see above). Orders received on Weekends and
Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
We hold a vast majority of product in stock and hope to be able to dispatch
your order within 48 hours. However, we do occasionally receive unexpected large
orders which deplete our stock. If there will be a delay in processing your
order we will keep you notified.
We generally use a courier next working day delivery service. Delivery will
be between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and all consignments will require
the signature of the addressee. If you require a more precise timed delivery
or a Saturday delivery please contact us for advice as the cost will be charged
fully to you. If you require delivery to a different address other than your
home, or for the packages to signed for by a third party please contact us so
that we can make arrangements with the couriers.
Smaller, less fragile items will be sent by Royal Mail as this will usually
result in a lower cost to you, however we cannot give any guarantee to delivery
timescales!!
Postage will not appear in the online checkout are but will be applied once
we receive your order. In doing this we will find you the best possible postage
rates available for the items you have ordered rather than you having to pay
over the odds !
For large orders we will advise you of the delivery cost before
processing your order.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by debit card or credit card.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo cards
The name GARDENING EQUIPMENT will appear on your card statements.
We will also accept payment by cheque, postal order or cash. Please contact
us with your order details before sending payment by these methods so that we
can advise you of the total cost of your order including delivery costs.
Please note that if paying by cheque, your order will not be dispatch until
clearance of the cheque has been received (usually 7 working days). Please make
cheques payable to ROOTZONE HYDROPONICS LIMITED
Please send any cash payments by recorded or special delivery only. Any other
methods used at your own risk!!
With the exception of orders paid by cheque, payment will be taken on day of
dispatch.Refund Policy
Faulty goods – We will either refund you in full or replace an item free
of charge upon receipt of the faulty item.
Unwanted goods – These must be returned within 14 days of purchase in
their original packaging complete with labels and instructions, at the purchaser’s
expense. All other monies will be refunded at the earliest time on receipt of
the returned item. We would recommend that recorded or special delivery post
is used as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.
All returns must include our original delivery note as proof of purchase. Refunds
will be made to the original card that payment was made from or for cash and
cheque purchases a cheque will be issued.
